Obiectivul este realizarea, în engleză, a unei sinteze (pentru fiecare subiect indicat în prima postare) în care să fie trecute principalele progrese / update-uri / idei discutate + poze/video de la șantiere (sau locații, aliniamente), cu link-uri la postările în .ro.
Scopul este de a ajuta pe cei interesați care nu vorbesc română să găsească informații. Dar, în plus, de a avea o sinteză ușor accesibilă (pentru cei care lipsesc o vreme de pe forum... + pentru a putea urmări lucrurile de-a lungul lunilor sau anilor... etc.)
Propun o perioadă de comentarii privind posibile îmbunătățiri.
Apoi Ionuț poate decide ce face cu thread-ul (pinned? restricted posting? feeding the always hungry thrash can? :D)
Cred că acest thread nu ar trebui să se transforme într-unul de întrebări în limba engleză (no offense, AUT_XY). Poate pentru asta ar trebui alt thread (și, generalmente vorbind, poate un thread general de întrebări pentru useri ce postează în română).

1. În elaborarea acestor sinteze mi-am impus să evit emiterea de judecăți / evaluări a conținutului postărilor, urmărind doar sintetizarea acestora într-un mod (vreau să cred eu) obiectiv. În mod specific, am evitat formule de genul "great pictures" / "great videos".
Privind ceea ce ai propus tu să fie subliniat (cu caractere roșii) mai sus, știu că este vorba de un videoclip cu totul deosebit pentru construcția de autostrăzi în România, pe care majoritatea dintre noi l-am văzut și poate răs-revăzut... Dar pentru motivul expus mai sus nu consider că ar trebui să fie scos în evidență.
Am folosit caractere aldine pentru demararea de licitații / atribuiri de contracte / semnări de contracte / emiterea de ordine de începere (și când o fi cazul deschideri pentru trafic). Dar aș evita să scoatem în evidență un anume video / set de poze / postare analitică în detrimentul altora. Și așa poate unii vor considera că am greșit omițând anumite seturi (scurte) de poze sau anumite postări de analiză / sinteză etc.

2. Apreciez orice mesaje prin PM privind greșeli de ortografie / redactare, eventual omiterea unor idei prezentate în orice thread sintetizat. Cu siguranță că sintezele pot fi îmbunătățite, dar a nu se uita că ele necesită alocarea unei resurse de timp semnificative (de exemplu pentru sintezele pe iunie: cam 6 ore).

3. Rapoartele lunare ale CNADNR privind progresul proiectelor sunt șterse în fiecare lună și înlocuite cu cel mai nou. Ca atare deja legăturile din postările de sinteză din mai sunt perimate. Ar trebui să salvăm rapoartele pe forum.

4. Mă gândesc că, parte din această sinteză, am putea realiza un fel de "tablou de bord" pentru toate proiectele în derulare, prezentând progresul și scoțând în evidență problemele încă nerezolvate de administrație. Ar însemna probabil încă vreo 2 ore de muncă în fiecare lună, dar ar putea fi util pentru comunicarea API - autorități...

The contract value is 257.4 MRON (approximately 58 MEUR) and construction is expected to take 24 months following the issuing of the notice to commence.
This project is in fact an extended relocation of DN 76 (the new road will have 27.2 km), from north of Beiuș to south of Ștei, intercepting DJ 764F to Salonta, DJ 763 to Padiș hiking area in the Apuseni National Park and DN 75 to Arieșeni, Câmpeni and Turda, and bypassing multiple settlements (Beiuș, Drăgănești, Sudrigiu, Rieni, Petrileni, Ștei and Lunca). This will be a 2x1 road almost entirely grade-separated...

Additionally, according to NCARI's January monthly report, the intention regarding the 80 km Mihăiești - Suplacu de Barcău sector is to prepare this project for Red FIDIC - a tender is to start in March 2017 to select a consultant for performing detailed design.

Article reports that at least for the western half of this road we should have all works finalised this year with the exception of the wearing course.
